How can I pay for my jewelry?
We accept all major credit cards (i.e. Visa, MasterCard, etc.) or PayPal, for your convenience.
Is your site safe and secure?
Yes, our checkout page uses SSL encryption to protect your browsing and shopping data, keeping it private and secure.
Do you offer a payment plan?
Yes, we offer flexible payment plans through Shop Pay Installments and Affirm, subject to approval. These options are currently available for US customers only.
Do I need to pay import duties and taxes for international orders?
Yes, as the buyer, you're responsible for any import duties and taxes that may apply in your country. We don't control these costs, so please check with your local customs office for more information.
Q: Where do I enter my discount code?
Enter your code in the "Discount Code" box during checkout and click "Apply". Please note that only one code can be used per order, and some codes may not apply to special promotions.
Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently only ship within the US. We'll update this if international shipping becomes available in the future.
What's the domestic shipping cost?
We offer free domestic USPS First Class shipping delivery within 3-7 business days for orders above $125. For orders below $125, a shipping fee of $8.95 applies. For priority shipping within 3-4 business days, a $27.7 shipping cost will apply.
Do I need to pay import duties and taxes for international orders?
Yes, as the buyer, you're responsible for any import duties and taxes imposed by your country. We can't control or predict these costs, so please check with your local authorities for more information.
What's the shipping time for my jewelry?
In-Stock Orders
U.S. Domestic: Standard USPS delivery typically takes 3-7 business days.
International: Standard USPS delivery may take 7-21 business days. You can upgrade to DHL/UPS Express for faster delivery in 3-5 business days.
Return and Exchange
Can I return my jewelry?
Yes, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, email us at info@azusora.com.
However, the following items are excluded:
Clearance and final sale items (non-returnable, except loyalty members can return final sale items for store credit, minus a $8.95 domestic shipping fee for vermeil items).
Can I exchange the size if it does not fit?
Yes, exchanges are accepted within 60 days of delivery if the item is unworn, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. To initiate an exchange, email us at info@azuosora.com with your order number. However, some items are excluded from exchanges, including:
- Clearance and final sale items. At Azusora, any item discounted by 30% or more is marked as a final sale. Loyalty members are eligible to return final sale items for store credit with a return shipping cost of $8.95 deducted for domestic returns of vermeil items.
- Certain special promotions
- Made-to-order or custom-altered items
- Previously exchanged items or items purchased with store credit
Note that loyalty members may have different options for final sale items, such as store credit.
How do I proceed with a domestic return?
To initiate a return, email info@azusora.com within 30 days of delivery. For gold vermeil items, we'll provide a return label link. Print and attach the label, package the item securely, and drop it off at a USPS store. A $8.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. For solid gold pieces, you're responsible for shipping costs and arranging return shipping. Returns received after 30 days will be credited as store credit only. Please note that Azusora Jewelry is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
Can I ship my order as a gift?
Yes, our jewelry comes beautifully packaged in a jewelry box and is shipped without an invoice, making it perfect for gifting.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. It may take an additional 3-7 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.
Order Cancelation
Can I cancel my order for in-stock items?
Yes, you can cancel your order if the item hasn't shipped yet. Contact us at info@azusora.com to request cancellation.
Materials
Will a vermeil ring turn my body green or rust?
No, it will not turn your body green. The base metal for our vermeil rings is ethically sourced, nickel-free 925 sterling silver (perfect for sensitive skin). We add three layers of 18K yellow, white, or rose gold (up to 5x thicker than standard electroplated fashion jewelry), which gives your jewelry that extra shine and durability to prevent oxidation.
Is it safe to wear jewelry in water?
While our jewelry is durable, we recommend removing it before washing hands or swimming. Prolonged exposure to soap, chlorine, or saltwater can dull gemstones and affect the metal over time. This helps maintain its shine and longevity.
