One-Year Warranty
At Azusora Jewelry, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces. Our one-year warranty covers regular-priced items purchased from our website against manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If issues arise due to these defects, we'll repair or replace your piece with the same or a comparable model at our discretion.
What's Covered
- Manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship
- One complimentary repair for minor customer damage (e.g., accidental knocks causing accent stones to fall out) as a goodwill gesture
What's Not Covered
- Jewelry altered or repaired by another jeweler
- Complimentary items received through promotions or loyalty programs
- Damage from neglect, abuse, or normal wear-and-tear (e.g., bent bands, scratches, oxidation, worn-off plating)
- Damage to center stones (gemstones are susceptible to breakage or chipping)
- Theft or product loss
Lost Main Stones
Regular inspections and maintenance are crucial to ensure secure settings. If a main stone is lost due to damage to the prongs, we offer gemstone replacement services at a competitive cost.
Limited 90-Day Warranty on Final Sale Items
Final sale items with manufacturing defects are eligible for exchange or store credit within 90 days of delivery. We'll offer a replacement, exchange, or store credit based on availability.
Warranty Timeline
We'll conduct a comprehensive examination upon receiving your product and notify you of the results. Restoration or replacement may take:
- 1-6 weeks for Vermeil items
- 3-6weeks for solid gold items
Shipping Costs
Domestic: We cover shipping costs for all items except solid gold items (customer responsible for return shipping)
