RETURN AND EXCHANGE: WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW


At Azusora Jewelry, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help. You can return or exchange your item within the specified timeframe.

Return Guidelines:
  • For refunds, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  • For exchanges, contact us within 60 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, with the security tag intact, and returned in original packaging.
  • A restocking fee of $5-20 may apply if the item is not returned in its original packaging.
Exclusions
  • Clearance sale or final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except for loyalty members who can return final sale items for store credit (minus a $7.95 return shipping fee for domestic vermeil items).
  • Exchanged items or items purchased with store credit are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Earrings Return and Exchange
  • Earrings must be returned in new and unworn condition for a cash refund. If worn, only store credit will be issued.
  • Exchange requests for worn earrings may incur a restocking fee.
Domestic Returns
  • You have 30 calendar days from delivery to start the return process.
  • We'll provide a return shipping label for domestic vermeil items.
  • A return shipping cost of $7.95 will be deducted from your refund.
  • Allow 5-7 business days for refund processing.
Domestic Order Exchange
  • Contact us within 60 calendar days of delivery to exchange for a different color or size.
  • We'll provide a prepaid shipping label for eligible gold vermeil items.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Additional Information
  • Azusora Jewelry is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring proper packaging and return shipping.
  • We don't accept returns or exchanges for damaged, used, or worn products.
Orders Placed Through Facebook and Instagram
  • Customers are responsible for sending items back for exchange and return requests.
  • A manual invoice for a $7.95 fee can be provided for return labels.
Returning Faulty Goods
  • Contact us immediately if you receive a faulty or damaged item.
  • We'll arrange a replacement or refund and cover return postage costs.
Gift Returns
  • We offer exchanges for items of the same value.
  • Terms and conditions apply.
Price Adjustments
  • If the price drops within 21 days of purchase, we'll offer a price adjustment in the form of store credit.
  • The credit must be used within 6 months.
Online Order Cancellation
  • Contact us to cancel orders that haven't been dispatched yet.
  • Once dispatched, follow the return instructions above.
